For our Client – international organisation Financial Global Services based in centre of Poznań we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of: 

Record to Report Manager with English 

 

Holding the position of RtR Manager you will be responsible for: 

  • managing team engagement and developing individuals, 
  • providing company work policies & procedures, 
  • supervising, controling and reporting KPIs and SLA to Manager, 
  • making analysis and developing improvement plans, 
  • monitoring scope of work, 
  • measuring team performance and facilitatiing knowledge-sharing across teams/departments, 
  • identifying & driving continuous improvement opportunities, 
  • taking responsibility for training for new team members, 
  • taking responsibility for effective back-up structure,
  • managing day to day relationship with the customer ensure effective communication and cooperation within a team, cross- team and cross-department, 
  • ensuring closure of action items from audits. 

 

 To be successful in this role you will need to have: 

  • educational background in accounting or economics 
  • significant supervisory experience (minimum 4 year’s) in various financial/accounting positions in international environment (managing a team of more that 10 FTE's), 
  • high level of computer literacy in MS Office, 
  • excellent interpersonal skills, 
  • ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within company together with strong 
  • customer driven focus, 
  • strong leadership, 
  • organizational and project management skills, 
  • fluency in English is required.
